
Michele La Manna received his BS degree in Computer Engineering in October 2014 at the University of Pisa, Italy. He then received his MS degree in Embedded Computing Systems in July 2017 with 110/110 at the University of Pisa in collaboration with Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna. He begins his Ph.D in November 2018 in Smart Computing, a Ph.D. program in collaboration with the University of Pisa, the University of Florence, and the University of Siena. His research activity, under the guidance of Prof. Gianluca Dini and Dr. Pericle Perazzo, is focused on the field of cybersecurity, with particular attention to Attribute-Based Encryption. Since 2019 he is an instructor for the University of Pisa team inside the Cyberchallenge.it program. He is also part of the UNIPI team working for the European Processor Initiative (EPI) project, an European project inside the Horizon2020 program.
